Ugh, reposted something by mistake. I actually really dislike the post I just “reblogged” but there’s no discernible way to delete it from my timeline. The “stop complaining about Mastodon and suck it up, the Internet used to be much worse” attitude is beyond annoying.

bitch I grew up with dial up. I scrolled endlessly through the hampster dance, half the jpegs broken. I spent an hour looking for and downloading a simple mp3. I waited my 54 minutes to continue watching a ropey stream of true blood with unsynced audio. I still use tumblr. you are like tiny baby

Welp I’m here. Having to manually try to recreate the results of a Twitter follow list curated over 14 years is overwhelming and impossible. Feeling a sense of loss.
