Last weekend, I was ordering food from a drive-thru. My son wanted Coke, so when they asked me what to drink I said “with a Coca Cola!” The guy said “I’m sorry, we don’t have Coca Cola, we only have Coke.”
It felt like he was joking with me, but he was serious. He didn’t know that Coca Cola and Coke are the same thing.
My daughter took an excellent photo of Moska. She is so ploofy and plump she resembles a squishmallow, however, super sharp if you dare cuddle her.
The other day my husband lifted his arm up to wave at a band teacher behind me, and I gave him a high five because I thought he was about to give me a high five.
I’m awkward.
My bestie made national news. She was trapped in a flash flood after taking her puppy to the vet. I’m glad she had full coverage on her car.

13 years ago my husband and I did a cover of First Aid Kit’s song, Emmylou. I first heard the song on the overhead speaker at a Doctors Office at a follow up after a traumatic experience. It was the sound that drew me in, and I just had to learn how to play it. It was cathartic to play it.
