My EDC #FAK #FirstAidKit that goes in my #handbag contains only a few adhesive bandages/plasters (various sizes), a pair of nitrile exam gloves, a spare KN95 mask, a small tube of triple antibiotic ointment, a few alcohol prep pads, a small roll of adhesive tape, and small baggies of no more than 12 pills each of various OTC medications: acetaminophen, ibuprofen, diphenhydramine, pseudoephedrine, antacid.

If I need anything more than this, I need a lot more than this.

Friendly reminder to check your first aid kits.

It might seem boring and time-consuming, but it's important to make sure you know what's in them, that everything is there that should be, and that nothing is expired (especially anything sterile).

An incredible album from the amazingly talented Soderberg sisters of Stockholm.

This album has already reached classic status for me, and these girls have always written incredible songs far beyond their years, tipping their young hats to the likes of Leonard Cohen, Emmylou Harris, and certain veins of Americana.

This, Stay Gold, Ruins, Palamino… all incredible albums.

Just an immensely talented pair of ladies.
