Went to two high school acedemic program presentations over the past week and the better of them took @bluefacedbeast note to EAT THE MIC, its not a magic talky stick.
The other one was waving it like a magic wand.
Guess which program LittlerLadyHosk wants to apply to:
The one she could hear that gave a good explanation of the program, or the one that pointed at people in the crowd with a mic while showing slides that were literally the schools website while explaining "we should update that"

A high schooler from the local Catholic high school just came by and wanted to talk about abortion.
I think I broke his brain with:
"An Acorn has everything it needs to grow into a oak tree but time, but its not a tree even if its sprouts right?"
"Catholics get Abortions at the same rate as non-Christian, they just justify it and go to confession. When your Mom or Aunt, Sister, and cousin went on that girls weekend, then came home and laid in bed for 2 days." (he looked like he was rebooting)
@Yax For as high of a production show as this was, there was a lot of "this feels fan filmy" moments when I watched the series.
The Scripts felt like they all needed a second pass and so much of the set and props felt like they were done on the cheap with what was available, rather than what was needed.
@Keab42 Wait, Worf, for that half an episode where he was called out for sucking?
@Keab42 you all did the good parts I just had to point them to the right people and away from my parents.
