Public Service Announcement about finding a legitimate #locksmith. Google is not your friend. Our trade has been infested with organized crime scammers with fake 5 star reviews at the top of the manipulated search results. You will get intimidated, bullied and scammed. It is a GLOBAL problem. We call them “mocksmiths”. You can find Legitimate USA locksmiths on our Trade Association website, FindALocksmith.com. Use SAVTA.org for safe & vault work. HOW TO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL | ALOA

When you hire a professional to work on any part of your home or vehicle, it’s important that you are able to trust that person or company. After all, this is where you, your loved ones and your pets live. You have valuables and sentimental items. And if you’re hiring someone to work on your business, you have sensitive records there as well.

During this busiest shopping period of the year, we’re hitting pause on purchases from Home Depot, Target, and Amazon. Let’s make our dollars count by refusing to support corporations complicit in Trump’s authoritarian power grab: http://weaintbuyingit.com/?utm_source=mastodon
Wow, the most engagement I have ever had on Mastodon is when I posted CAT pictures. Go figure.. . . .

I finally settled on San Francisco Bay compostable pods, the “dounut shop” and “breakfast blend”. I ordered a sample pack and tried something like 6 blends. I also tried the Amazon “Happy Belly” breakfast blend and it is surprisingly ok, despite the silly brand name, and they are fully compostable. None of them come close to the Costco Kirkland at about .35 per pod, but I feel better about using g compostable pods and not contributing to the plastic waste with the Kirkland.

We need a leader to step up now and organize a resistance.
A democracy can only fall if its people allow it. Through persistent, coordinated resistance, democratic values can be defended and restored. The key is to remain unwavering in the belief that the power ultimately resides with the people. Where are our Democratic Party leaders?

“Terrible things are happening outside. Poor helpless people are being dragged out of their homes. Families are torn apart. Men, women, and children are separated. Children come home from school to find that their parents have disappeared.”

#coffee

What is your favorite best tasting k-cup pod coffee and why? I got myself the new Keurig Dual 2nd gen for Xmas and I’m in search of the perfect cup. And fun fact: it was cheaper direct from Keurig than any store or online. (I know the coffee snobs will bash the machine, but it is the best for my circumstances)
