Attached is a snippet of my record weight. At the peak within the snippet is 238 lbs. around May of lat year. The right end is around 228 lbs. at the current day. It's not quick, it's not without short rises, but that trendline is heading down.

Okay, last screen capture. You want more you'll have to go and read it. Here's the top of page 39, probably the page that guaranteed I'd keep reading. Hurrah for a werewolf story that acknowleges the Alpha thing is bogus. Alpha's are the parents. Packs are families. The whole violent scrabble for dominance thing comes from a study based on captive unrelated wolves that were dumped together.
