That feeling when you run into a family friend (whom you don't really know too well) and get stopped for an inevitable chat.

Of course, as a typical INFJ, you don't really feel too comfortable talking but you're too polite to just excuse yourself and walk off.

I'm glad that it's #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek. More should be done to raise awareness of an illness that affects far more than we realise.

So spare a thought for the people you meet today and try to be kind to them - you never know what they're going through.☺
