I understand why people are going to blusky (they have lots of features I wish mastodon would adopt, and website boy’s design decisions are continuing to push me towards something like GoToSocial) even as I am not one of them.

But this particular reason doesn’t resonate with me at all. I have a lot of people talking about exactly these things in my feeds, and while AP doesn’t make them as easy to find, once you have found them it’s pretty solid.
