Just spent a couple hours running reports. I'm trying to build a case for us to purchase a new service that I think will help us be significantly more efficient. My thought was I could demonstrate that our efficiency has been declining over the last few years. And it HAS. But due to other factors (namely decreased volume) the data makes it look like the opposite is true. And you know management, all they care about is number go up vs. number go down.
