Ricki Yasha TarrI was raised in a household where abortion was the biggest possible sin. I was progressive over all, even when I was still pretty religious, but abortion was a wedge issue. What started changing my mind was the realization of who was actually getting late term and partial birth abortions. Seeing beyond the idea of abortion, to the people who actually needed them, was fundamental to my understanding of it.

If I'm being honest, it's pretty embarrassing how often I feed myself by throwing some cheese in a tortilla and shoving it in the microwave, considering that the distinction between that and a genuinely delicious quesadilla is pretty much just waiting for a pan to preheat.
