If "Home" is completely empty here on Mastodon, start using hashtags. Use 'em in your posts, click 'em in your timelines, follow 'em. That's how people connect (and interconnect between Mastodon instances). There is no global search, intentionally. Don't view the value of this experience through the lens of a previous one.
