Crowdsourcing once again, maybe someone can help. What determines what’s in my News feed on Mastodon? Can I control that content at all? Seems very tech-focused, which is fine, but I’d like a mix.

@infoseclogger this is helpful thanks. It also feels like the CWs are used “playfully” sometimes (not always but sometimes) and I’m thrown by that too.
I have close to no followers but still putting it out there - how long does it take to get used to Mastodon if you’re a new user? I believe I will but I think I miss quote tweets and lower character limits. *ducks*
