Ich bezweifle ein wenig, dass ich dazu schlauere Gedanken habe als du, aber hier ist trotzdem ein Erklärungsversuch:

Diese Männer legen großen Wert auf finanziellen Erfolg und wollen diesen auch zeigen. Ein teures Auto bietet sich da besser an, als das Geld sinnvoll auszugeben. Wenn man mit seinem Geld Menschen im Mittelmeer rettet, wäre es cringe sich von denen zu einem Geschäftsessen tragen zu lassen, nur damit alle sehen, dass man es sich leisten kann.

Usually 5 at S18 threatens a ko and white has some ko threats in the lower left corner. That might be worth a try if living outright is hard.

1,500 seems far fetched, maybe even less than 800 (EGC 2025 had 1000 registered participants, but not all of them are players). And does your site not have a legal notice? I couldn't find it.
