Thinking about starting again to play the game of Go. What online playing site would you recommend?
Best: free of charge, gentle culture, beginner friendly, always opponents to play with, several time modes
Nice to have: chat functions, non commercial, game analysis, teaching
@cloudrun It sounds like you're describing online-go.com (OGS). Give it a try!
It doesn't have as many high-ranked players as some of the Asian servers (I believe OGS is based in Europe) but it has a great web interface and it's always easy to find a game, in my experience. (I'm around 2 kyu.)
