Finished work for the year yesterday, I've put a pile of graft in this year. Surprised myself a bit 😂
The new #Whitehaven #CoalMine really has me torn, on one side I really don't think opening a coal mine in 2022 is taking climate change seriously and could do huge damage to our international reputation. But on the other hand I live in the area and jobs and investment is desperately in needed. I have family members who have worked away for decades who will be able to come home and work.
Me and Stacey's yearly trip to get a Christmas tree went exactly as every year...
S: "I really like that one"
Me: "that's too big for our living room"
S: "it'll fit, trust me"
Get home, attempt to put it up...
Me: "FFS, go get the shears"

Started watching #1899 thinking even though it's from the makers of #Dark it probably won't be as mind bending...wrong.
Absolutely superb though, as with Dark they used the score so well.
Finally recovered from seeing Jamie T last night, absolutely incredible set and arguably best encore I've ever seen.
A year to the day that I lost my dad, still miss him every day, wish I could have one last chat about football, work, my bloody house and just life in general. He'll forever be missed, going to watch a band tonight that he'd have said were rubbish, so will have a drink for him
They should 100% wear that armband now, take the booking, if all the captains do it, it would make a massive statement.
