Something new may be going on with #COVID19 that is affecting how we interpret limited data. I'm not a health expert, but I am an analyst by profession. Experts see COVID rising in wastewater and suggest we have a giant surge, but do we? What's striking is that positive rate isn't rising much (per CDC and Walgreens). Normally, that goes up as cases rise. So, are new variants infecting intestines more and raising COVID in wastewater without having a corresponding impact on infections/cases? 1/2
