My debut novel, #RedClaySuzie, will launch Tuesday, January 10, at 7:00 PM (ET) at #PoliticsAndProse on Connecticut Ave. I will be in conversation with celebrated Southern author Ralph Eubanks, interspersed with a reading or two from the book. Afterwards, everyone attending will be invited to the cafe at the lower level of Politics and Prose for a reception. If you are going to be in Washington, DC, would be such a treat to see you there to mark this special occasion.

Just learned that #RedClaySuzie won the Seven Hills Literary Prize for Fiction, awarded by the Tallahassee Writers Association! What an honor to be so recognized among finalists from around the world.
