@Darkayne @Aethel yeah I would not use waterfox. LibreFox or mullvad browser. Nextcloud to bloated for my liking. Maybe MyDrive (on github) encrypted. Or Seafile.
@hellfire103 where are you located? If UK, check if your router/isp has parental controls on or off. If on, need to turn it off.
@privacy_guru you say text messages as in SMS messages? They do not use the internet to send and receive and not encrypted. If you thinking like WhatsApp, telegram, signal then your ISP will only see the VPN connection.
Not sure about iMessage and the new android one ( can't remember what that is called.),.
@sreedevkkumar i doubt there is anything free that had good privacy. Maybe paid services but i do not know any other email/notes that are privacy minded and free. Saying that maybe try disroot.org.
@ducky this is difficult questions as there are many vpns. Maybe others can recommend. Another solution is also getting a vps and setting up your own vpn but you have to trust the provider.
@ducky noticed it to. Maybe best to get a vpn that is less known that do not use the same datacenters as others and use there own.
@sreedevkkumar guilted they are shutting down. The usual protonmail and tutanota. I have noticed they are getting more and more blacklisted tho. Tried to send email to local doctor and was rejected. Also playstation block proton for registering.
