@Kameronhurley I loved the series! At first I wasn't sure but it quickly won me over. The actress who played the young Kirsten was amazing. And the relationship between her and Jeevan that grew with all they went through. Just gutted me when they got separated. Favorite scene: the two of them pushing the string of grocery carts back to the condo! Priceless!

@Kameronhurley My son was born 12 weeks prematurely over 30 years ago and the mound of paperwork then was daunting! The bills we got were nearly a foot high and the total cost for his first year of life (in 1992) was about $250K. Health care in this country can take the most serious of planners and throw them overnight into debt and poverty. It is frightening. I have never felt safe or secure since then.
