The texture on my ear is fucked up cuz I cut it open and now every time I reach up to touch my ear it feels weird I hate this

I had to cut it because my ear lobe felt like there was something inside it and I started freaking out cuz I couldn’t squeeze my ear to get it out so I low-key just carved it out. It worked tho so

Now all I’m worried abt is the fact that my ear doesnt feel the same way it always has my whole life. I’m tweaking
