The texture on my ear is fucked up cuz I cut it open and now every time I reach up to touch my ear it feels weird I hate this

I had to cut it because my ear lobe felt like there was something inside it and I started freaking out cuz I couldn’t squeeze my ear to get it out so I low-key just carved it out. It worked tho so
