Shout out to #goose and the community for these last 3 nights in Cincy. After last week (election), which legit broke my heart, I needed these shows more than I could have imagined. And wow did they deliver. I LOVED all 3 shows. Each one was special, and in different ways. They just added up to a perfect weekend of music and fun and escaping the shitty reality that I must now get back to. These shows are going to propel me forward, and you can’t beat that! Food for the soul, thank you Goose!
Really fun night of #goose. It won’t be a show of the year candidate and I don’t think there are any JOTY threats, but the flow and energy of that show was tremendous IMO. Zero wasted minutes. Loved it.
I’m so bummed. I did the thing where I refused to believe what I was reading, even though it just wouldn’t go away. I hope both Ben and what’s left of #goose find a healthy and successful next step. I hate becoming attached to things. The pain is real. For 4 years these guys have given me energy that I haven’t felt since Phish many years ago. There are lots of good drummers out there but it’s hard to be filled with optimism at the moment. is it weird there was no mention of plans to replace Ben?
For whatever reason I don’t go pre-2022 with #goose very often. Then I do and I get pissed at myself for not going back more often. Tonight’s gem: 6/19/20 Travelers > 15 min jam (as labeled in Nugs). Hot damn. I fuckin love Travelers and wish that would be more of a 2-3 times/tour tune. And every so often extended like this. It’s gorgeous.

Hey phanners, have a question on multi-day TM tickets…if person A is using a pass on night 1 and person B is using the same pass on night 2, can I transfer the pass to person A for night 1 and then they transfer the pass to person B for night 2?
Multi-day tickets kinda suck.

I think I’ve already changed my mind on the Boston shows…from Earthling forward on night 2 there isn’t a wasted minute. Now I’m firmly in N2 > N1 camp, but collectively it was a great 2 nights. Song selection N2 might be far from perfect but hot damn did they execute. I can’t stop listening to set 2. #goose rules. Can’t wait to stream tonight.
That is a tremendous Rosewood Heart last night. Excellent stuff #goose and friends.
On relisten the Feel It Now works better than I remembered it did in the moment. I still wish they’d take it for more of a spin, but as a 12 minute segment in a start to finish groovy and danceable set 2…it somehow works. Last night is a great example of why I love #goose: those 5 songs make for a WAY better listen than you would think. And yeah, the Thatch and EMG are both heaters.

The amount of activity in Logan Terminal A at 5:30AM should be illegal.
Such a fun 2 nights of #goose. Think I prefer night 1 because of overall flow, but last night might have had the best peaks. The opening sequence (too much consecutive mellow) and Feel It Now (which I like but has no place late set 2 given that it’s the same version every time they play it) drop it just below n1 for me. EorA, Thatch, EMG stood out for me. Such a good vibe over the 2 nights. Cheers everybody!
