I think I'm going mad. There was a Mumsnet post about a tutor who let slip to a 12 year old the elf on a shelf didn't exist. Apparently the kid still believed. I said I didn't understand why the parents hadn't told her years ago. I got attacked for 'destroying the magic'. Please tell me they are mad and I'm not!
