Another escapee from Twit, hopefully will find many of my 5K followers & some newbies 🤩
I'm an RN that's recently moved to the Shoalhaven area, NSW south coast. After working on frontline #Covid19 since the start, I decided to escape Sydney to get permanent work in my specialities - Oncology & Palliative Care. #Covidisnotover
If you're over 50yo, are experienced & have Post Grad it's been increasingly difficult to get permanent work as an RN in NSW Health. #healthcare has been decimated, but hoping the Feds give it the much needed boost in funding it requires!
So I bought semi retirement forward & after #Covid19 my career priorities have changed. I want less stress & better work/life balance. I'm now working 3 days/week & loving it 😷
I love animals, have 8 cats including 4 Maine Coons (biggest domestic cat) 😻 I also look forward to putting my body on the line to save #Koalas & be a more militant protestor 😎 #saveourkoalas #extinction
