As a roboticist, I see dull, dirty and even dangerous tasks in the climate change fight as the perfect area for robots. However, there’s a shortage of roboticists tackling climate change today. Here are my findings on how you can find opportunities to help robots make an impact on climate change.

Piotr Esden-TempskiToday I woke up to some terrible news. Eugene Maker Space, our shared tool/maker space, burned down last night! We are in the process of finding out what the consequences of it all are. The place is pretty much gutted, and I doubt there will be much that we will be able to salvage. In my role as the treasurer of EMS, I will have to spend a bunch of time trying to sort things out.
