@nixCraft I reached the same conclusion some time ago. Debian on my personal server and Debian-dressed-like-old-windows for my relatives' no-you-dont-need-a-new-laptop facebook machines. Arch for my desktop/laptop.
We are all aware of the recent controversy surrounding RHEL and CentOS. At the same time, Ubuntu has been introducing some controversial changes, such as the snaps, LXD, and restrictions on updating through apt repositories (Ubuntu Pro with 'esm-apps'). As a result, I have concluded that Debian #Linux is the best choice for those seeking a reliable & secure Linux distro that avoids such drama. Of course, there are other candidates, like Alpine. Arch is good, but I hate to use it on servers.
This shining example of a man drove his Cybertruck on our local beach near Santa Cruz and of course got it stuck. This car is really becoming a symbol for poor life choices.
