This one was taken with my first own bought camera when I was 14, a Samsung ST70. Found it in a long abandoned box. So I took it on vacation last year.

Stormy day at the coast. My camera was most of the time a nice decoration. But when this guy crossed the shoreline the camera was used for at least one photo. The clouds in the background made this shot a little bit dynamic and more epic imo.

A situation every photographer knows: pulling your camera a little bit too late. In this case I couldn‘t ready my phone in time. If I‘d been a little bit faster I‘ve could arrange the couple in the sunlight. But not this time. That‘s life ☔️

Hvide Sande, Denmark (2024)

Fun fact: During I took this picture my girlfriend asked me, if I could a take a picture of her too. Of course I said yes. So the next one was this photo but with her standing on this path. What I not realized was that she hold up a selfmade chain - she asked me if would like to marry her. So this place is forever something special for us.

This shot is from my first visit in Hamburg back in 2020. If I‘m in a new environment I don‘t try to focus on hotspots such as sights. Even if some pictures could‘ve been taken everywhere in the world like this one here, it‘s good to get some new input from new environments. I feel like you become blind in places that you see often.
