The anti occupation bloc joins the Day of Disruption in Tel Aviv, blocking parts of the city in a struggle against the government. The bloc reminds the rest of the demonstrators that “there is no democracy with occupation”

Tonight: hundreds of demonstrators at the Tel Aviv anti occupation bloc marched through the tens of thousands at the mainstream “pro democracy” protest, carrying Palestinian flags, chanting for draft refusal, and reminding their surroundings that “there is no such thing as democracy with occupation”

Tonight: about 1,000 protestors against the war on Gaza and against apartheid marched in Tel Aviv, demanding justice and equality for all. The protest merged into the mainstream anti government protest, which was smaller than usual due to organizers canceling it for fear of rocket fire. Still, a few thousand mainstream demonstrators also showed up, alongside the radical bloc
