Miss Congreve’s Year 10 Food students created a completely homemade Eton Mess today and the results were absolutely stunning! Perfectly crisp meringue, freshly whipped cream and a delicious homemade fruit sauce, every element was crafted from scratch 🍓 #EnjoyingExcellence

Our year 9 students who have chose GCSE Food Preparation & Nutrition are heading to the Great Yorkshire Show this July! This an exciting opportunity to explore farming, food, and sustainability in a real-world setting.
