And practising wearing lipstick for a fancy wedding that we are attending. I like it but it absolutely takes up brainpower not to touch my face and move my mouth around 😅

Foraging is one of my favourite things to do. It's nature's pantry and all I have to do is show up and forage responsibly.
Today I went in search for stinging nettles. I really like nettles, I always have and as a kid I made big bouquets with them.

Today I picket the seeds and hung them to dry in our living room. In a few weeks I'll put them in a jar and use them in food throughout winter.
And if I remember I'll move them around a few times so they dry better.

The tricky part about foraging is always to find a safe place where things grow without the pollution of humans. Around here the farmers unfortunately don't seem to care enough to expose of their waste properly so I'm a bit careful when choosing were to pick.

I had a beautiful much needed walk yesterday. And i made a door ornament. It felt good making something.
I'm in a bit of a rut but today my period finally came and although it means pain and softness it also gives me mental relief.

One of those serene moments.
I really needed to get up but he was snoring so nicely 😊

We adopted this beauty yesterday ♡
His name is Bady. Having him here gives me life.
