@benhaube I had the same card and ended up going with the Nvidia card in the end. Mostly for gaming and the ray tracing that it offers. Ended up selling my 2070 super to a friend a few days after pulling it out of my machine. Am staying AMD for processor but hard to leave nvidia for gpu.

@kevingamin That is an absolute hassle. I expect it is a rare person that needs that kind of security turned on by default. Funny I left #android because they got the carriers to lock the bootloaders and now #apple is making owning your own device somewhat of a chore. I have always used both windows and Mac since #osx. Leaning more windows given my recent hassles with apple.

@kevingamin It sure makes things difficult for a small IT staff to deal with. I have to imagine this has been a good thing for both chrome and windows devices sales as managing a fleet of apple devices certainly takes more effort with each “feature”

@kevingamin That form requires you to send a picture of the receipt. I have my fingers crossed that we don’t have 3 paperweights. Another fun thing is none of these employees turned in the chargers.. @kevingamin Aftwr an unsuccessful trip to #apple we found a link to a form that hopefully gets #apple to unlock the activation and let us wipe the unit. This is certainly getting us to rethink employee computers.
