You seriously have to wonder how these highly paid public servants get their jobs, they only recall things that present them in a good light yet can't seem to recall or "didn't turn their minds to" anything that may imply responsibility. Today we had Maris Stipnieks, he is not even good at lying, his body language just screams "I'm lying".
Body language experts could write a series of books on this one bloke alone.
