@SnowshadowII I am deeply sorry because you are going to bear the brunt of this not the lazy hack that wrote the piece.

Water that evaporatorates does not disappear from the water cycle, it just goes straight back into the pre-rain stage.

Furthermore a refrigerant chiller does not "evaporate" water for cooling, the heat is pumped into the atmosphere from a radiator in the cooling loop. The refrigerant should never, ever contact atmosphere as most of it is an ozone depleter or Amonia.
