I've developed my own high fantasy tabletop rpg game. It isn't finished yet, but we have a good time while playing for a long time. It's only in Turkish now.

@Canageek My little 5 year old boy pushing me for playing Battle Cheaser every day when I reached home from work. But main reason he just want to play that game is the opening theme of the game. I think that we watched the generic of the game 30 or 40 times.

How is the teams relationship? If teams have good relationship than you could be think that you can be drop them each other with a friendly seen NPC while giving same thought to them.
But if team have problems about each other, you can put a NPC for bring them all together against this NPC and his ideas.
@Mur Thats the reason I'm calculating time faster than you think. 
So when you think that 1 hour past, you see that actually 2 hour past in game time. :D
