This is a new world that I don't think I showed you before. It's been played for a couple of days already, and recently I decided to explore the area south to where I started. That screenshot has been taken after I ended that village's draugr reign. #Valheim
Our home now has stairs leading up to the peak of the mountain on which we settled. All construction was made by my wife, I gathered resources and pointlessly tried finding serpents in the sea. #Valheim

I died when I built a workbench in order to fix my ship, and it triggered a wolf invasion. #Valheim

This is breaking a nine-year streak of not having a face (or body).

What can I say? I died. And I died hard, multiple times. Ran back and forth between the battefield and my spawn point, the base. Luckily, I had a flintlock by now. In addition, I used roots as a barrier to keep them at bay, and ran around the corner as often as I could.
But then I found some cavelings. I'm going to talk about them at length at a later point because I want to have my musings a bit of an analytical streak in addition to a colourful retelling of my gaming sessions.
In the beginning all went well, and I found some tin ore. I even got to pick my second talent in Mining, for which I chose to get a chance at additional lumps of ore from mining.
