@patrickcmiller I generally like the onion but not this particular comedy. Getting a few laughs at society, or things we share in common, observational humor, physical humor. Heck even aim it at am big organizations like Tesla, Microsoft, Google. But making fun of 1 person for a few laughs doesn't feel right no matter how rich or (in)famous
I think the messaging around #mastodon is causing a lot of confusion. People are hearing 'if your leaving twitter go sign up on mastodon'. They then find the first mastodon site they see and try to sign up.
I think the message should be "Leaving Twitter - Ask your local geek/nerd about setting your up on mastodon'. This would both encourage a) Good Scalability and b) a 'Buy Local' mentality.

I don't try to hide who I am or what I like or believe in. I am a geek in the geekiest sense of the word. I love all Sci-Fi & Fantasy (particularily Zombies), I love logic, and reading, programming and just hacking around.
