CLOCKSS has now publicly announced they have triggered the chemistry journal _Heterocycles_, and that copies are now freely available at EDINA at the University of Edinburgh, and at Stanford: https://clockss.org/triggered-content/heterocycles/

(I'm going to double-check the volumes are accessible from outside my campus, and if so hope to list the now-opened journal on Online Books shortly.)
