As Turks, we screwed up. For those who don't know, there is an economic crisis in Turkey and steam was counting the dollar rate from 20 TL to 10 liras, but some freaky idiots took a video of it (there are cheaper games in Turkey, open an account there) and so now the games are priced like 1000 TL. It will be sold. Just think that you give a thousand dollars to every game. We are experiencing this right now.... :( #steam

1. Rate limits aren’t how you address scraping. Can easily be done with firewalls.
2. He is intentionally breaking the service.
3. No, it’s not because he didn’t pay a bill; but failing to pay bills is also an intentional, strategic choice.
People need to accept the fact that he is conducting a controlled demolition. The appropriate question then is “why?”
