This one is particularly necessary right now.

So, just found out that I literally do not have enough money to move into my apartment on the 4th, so when I get kicked out of my current house on the 28th I'll officially be homeless.

Started a GoFundMe. Would appreciate any help. https://www.gofundme.com/need-movein-funds-and-rent-through-job-training

Warning: IRL pic n' stuff.

Happy to report that my issue with this game has been resolved!

Well, for now I'm just going to use this account until I can find a better instance for that.

Did this from about a day and a half of work, not sure how much time it took exactly.

Saw a tumblr post warning people that twitter might do the same thing as tumblr to artists, which yes, they very well might. The fediverse should prepare to accept new users, more art-themed servers might be good.
Looking for a mastodon instance to start keeping a portfolio for graphic design work. Suggestions?

I could probably gush for a long time about everything Warframe does right, some of which is stuff I feel people don't really notice until it's pointed out to them.

Did you know Warframe never has maintenance downtime?

Even after major patches, you just immediately relaunch the game, download and go right back to playing.

They come up with all sorts of ingenious design elements that go unremarked upon, but show just a deep sense of thought and care.

Warframe feels proof positive of so many aspects that are right in the #gameing community.
-Developers who are open and transparent about their updates.
-Fair free to play monetization with player tradable pay currency.
-Successful game that no publisher said would work or sell.
-Actively took out a "gambling" style system they didn't intend to make.

All of this and more created a community that is actively reminding the developers not to endorse or have crunch.

More devs like this please.
