@asawari I've never been able to completely submit to anything so I completely understand what you're saying. The only thing is I haven't been able to emotionally 'give in' either. While that sounds good it can have its drawbacks 😔

@asawari Doesn't it make you detached from everything and everyone though? I find it definitely works but a then it's hard to be emotionally invested in anything. Or anyone.
