The former President's Company was convicted of 17 Felonies, for running a "Decades long tax fraud scheme"... It got the maximum corporate penalty of a $1.6 million dollar fine.
Its CFO continued to draw an annual salary of over a million dollars throughout his trial. He was handed a "Generous" Severance Package on his way to jail, not prison, to serve a whopping 5 month stint for the 15 Felonies he was convicted of.... probably be out two months.
