4) Atomwaffen Division
After researching who was involved in the demonstration we found that people who claimed to be a part of Atomwaffen Division looked to be violent. I, and some friends, took down these websites legally to stem recruitment.
Domains taken off line. As you can see one of the signatures for the Unite the Right event was Jason Kessler and this is how he was associated with Atomwaffen Division.

The Unite the Right rally was a white supremacist rally that took place in Charlottesville, Virginia, from August 11 to 12, 2017.

This was the start of why many began to label Trump supporters as Fascists and Nazis.
2) Atomwaffen Division
January 9, 2018, RUSSELL was sentenced to 60 months in prison, to be followed by 3 years of supervised release. RUSSELL has served his sentence and is [was] currently on supervised release.

As I have read through Trump filings what they come down to is bluster crying without facts. Seems that this judge has had enough of it.
Recall that Trump, Conservative Union has already sued Twitter and was dismissed in May 2022.
