Andy Ngo's co-author "Eva Knott" accused of multiple felonies after allegedly filing forged documents with the San Diego Superior Court.
"Eva Knott", whose real name is apparently Catherine Cranston, writes for the San Diego Reader and, more recently, for Andy Ngo's nazi hate blog The Post Millennial. Cranston has been accused in a motion of committing multiple felony violations of California Penal Code § 115 PC (knowingly filing a false or forged document) after applying to the court for special media privileges using a false name.

Ms. Cranston, present in court during the introduction of this motion, stood up in the back of the courtroom before the judge informed her that the court did not need to hear from her. The judge remarked that, if the claims in the motion were true, Ms. Cranston would need her own attorney.
Cranston is now being helped by Andy Ngo's attorney Harmeet Dhillon, and is being represented by D. Gill Sperlein, the San Francisco-based lawyer who unsuccessfully represented a Petaluma man removed from the city's committee on racial justice after his social media posts were revealed to have included Nazi imagery and racist and misogynistic humor.
