@jsnell Hi Jason, Quick question. I received a notice in my podcast feed that my annual subscription to Downstream+ had ended. I was going to renew, but then wasn’t sure with Julia leaving if Downstream+ was going to continue. I enjoy the show and want to support you and your work, just want to make sure the show will continuing before renewing. Thanks.
@joesteel Sorry, hoped that would help. I find it so annoying when at a family members home and it auto plays. But I am using an AppleTV, it’s not the absolute newest version, but does have the newer non-touch surface remote, and it does not auto play on my profile. Anyway, hope you can figure it out.
@joesteel Hi Joe, while it is not obvious at all, you can turn off auto play video for Netflix. You have to log into the website, go to settings there and disable for each profile separately. I turned them off years ago and it makes it much more pleasant. And it makes no sense that you have to go to the website, very user hostile.
