Since publishing the initial beta release of Marco, I kept adding features and improvements over the last few weeks. A few notable ones:

* Full-text search for OSM POIs
* Support OSM relations, in addition to nodes and ways (e.g. building compounds, neighborhoods, cities, countries)
* Default place lists (mark places as "want to go" or "to do")
* More OSM tags, better rendering for tag content
