@lhp Yeah, that's what I do now. But I'd like to be able to import directly from DOI, ISBN, etc. But you may be right, that there's (too) much variation in schemes

So what's everyone's way to add a reference to a .bib file in Emacs? Or is it something to use Zotero for?

Notes on Emacs

Something I wrote a few years ago, now polished and online for the first time:

Emacs anniversary. A recollection of and reflection on how I got into Emacs in 2017 (as a non-programmer), and accidentally learned Emacs and Vim at the same time.

"Emacs is an incredible piece of software. So much so, that anyone who uses Emacs for long enough, has to write at least a single blog post about it. I don’t make the rules."

So here we go: https://www.eliasstorms.net/notes-index.html

Also: finally converted my personal website from Hugo to Emacs and Org-mode. Pretty basic still, we'll see how it goes.

@jik From what I’ve heard their support is very responsive. I hope things are sorted out!
@Kdude It does, Smooth Counter is one, haven’t used it yet
@howard I read this a couple of months ago. A surprisingly refreshing take on art, I liked their pragmatist and relational approach of what art is (or rather ā€˜does’), instead of the usual search for some essence within art itself – even though it does very much stretch the ā€˜definition’ of what art can be.
After spending some more time with it, QuickTimer is hands down the most powerful timer for #pebble I have used up until now. Takes some getting used to, but it is really useful.
