I am considering adding a mental health awareness channel to my discord server that's kind of like an announcements channel but is just like sharing those affirmation posts/art from Instagram or other places.

I was wondering though if they do help because personally with me they don't fully? It depends on what it is. I don't want to add this channel if it doesn't seem to really help so thought I'd get some opinions with a poll.
