Ya know, I like the idea of mastadon, but I'm afraid that I'll just give up because I chose the wrong instance at first... I'm just so frustrated with myself because I am always super excited about things right away and then fall off super hard, for everything. I won't give myself enough time to make friends, get used to everything, and I'll just give up and go back to being lonely and sad on Twitter and reddit because they have addictive algorithms
