@AndreaR9md Iām flood zone A. My wind deductible is 5%. I donāt think that special session here in FL gave us any relief.
@AndreaR9md For just flood? Not homeownerās? Thankfully, Iām āgrandfatheredā in as there were no flood plain maps in 1912, or so FEMA told me. They said no more than a 3% increase per year. š¤·š»āāļø Homeownerās not so much. Ugh!!!
