We already bought it, flood insurance. The price range was wild. Ranged from $50,000/year to $7000.

@AndreaR9md For just flood? Not homeowner’s? Thankfully, I’m “grandfathered” in as there were no flood plain maps in 1912, or so FEMA told me. They said no more than a 3% increase per year. 🤷🏻♀️ Homeowner’s not so much. Ugh!!!

Yup, just for flood. No FEMA subsidies there because it's a CBRA zone. Home owner's has a different deductible for wind.

@AndreaR9md I’m flood zone A. My wind deductible is 5%. I don’t think that special session here in FL gave us any relief.

I am sure we are in one since we are beachfront on the Delaware Bay. Recent search on google, there has not been any significant flooding in Broadkill for years.
